How to Delete Your Account

We are very sorry that you have decided to delete your account in My House application.

If you wish to delete your account, please follow the instructions below:

1. Send a request to the email address myhouselsch@gmail.com. In your email, include the email address associated with your account and the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
2. Upon receiving such a request, the processing of your personal data will be stopped, and your personal information will be deleted, except in cases where processing is required by the current laws of Ukraine.

Please note that the functionality of certain features of the Website and/or Mobile Application that require user information may be discontinued from the moment the data is changed or deleted.
